What should you wear? Almost anything that's comfortable and allows for plenty of body movement...boy-shorts, yoga pants, a tank top. Now the pole is up and you're ready for a new adventure in personal fulfillment. Ahead is an hour of learning moves that are fun, great exercise and sensuous...the firefly, tinker bell, sun wheel, ballerina as well as floor choreography. Don't hesitate, get started.
